As a first time home owner the whole process was new and intimidating. Our real estate agent referred us to Fernando to help us prepare on the financial side. We were lost and confused but that changed as soon as I spoke with Fernando. He explained everything in a very detailed manner. He would answer any and all questions without trying to rush the conversation or cut it short like most in his line of work do. Off the bat I felt comfortable and gathered documents requested. His communication was outstanding! He gave me his personal cell where I would text and/or call him. He immediately would respond or let me know he was busy and get back to me shortly. He always did! Any questions that came up, I was at ease knowing he was a text away instead of having to call an office number, leave a message and hope someone got back to me. Fernando would explain each step of the process we were in and gave me a timeline of events which was very helpful. When we were dealing with the bank they asked for a few items to be able to close. To me they seemed like it was a big deal. He not only brought up the issues but also a course of action to get it resolved. With his help we were able to close on time and get our keys! I live about 1 hour away and had to go once to his office. With his service I'd gladly drive a lot more if I had to just to be able to deal with him again. He is worth it.
